Now, as a fan of barbecues myself, I have looked around the market to find something that’s durable and versatile. And, of course, where else would I find such but on Weber Grills and Accessories. The grill that I’m particularly interested in is the Weber Genesis E-320.
Now, this grill is not the biggest one that’s out in the market but at a cost of only around $700-$800 it’s absolutely worth buying. Certain features also make it great to grill on and durable enough (with proper care) to pass on to your children.

Features
The Weber Genesis E-320 has porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates. The porcelain enamel is a great heat
insulator and distributes the heat on the grill evenly so the meat or anything that you’re grilling cooks beautifully. It also helps so that meat won’t stick on the grill and makes cleaning the grill easier.
There are also precision angled Flavorizer bars on the Weber Genesis E-320 that enhances the flavor by directing the juices away from the burners to create no flare-ups and just smoke to give the meat that wonderful smoky flavor.
Another plus is the side burner which is especially handy when you run out of barbecue sauce. It conveniently runs from front to back to give you more space for indirect cooking. Also, the control knobs are located in the front, giving you more counter space and making grilling easy for you. And then there’s the fuel gauge which would prevent those half cooked barbecues since you will know when your fuel is running low.
Design
The Weber Genesis E-320 measures 30 by 60 by 64.5 inches with the lid open. It has a welded steel frame and a stainless steel surface which makes it sturdy and lasts so long that the company is confident enough to give a 2 – 25 year warranty on its parts. There is an enclosed cart so your LP Tank won’t be seen and the steel doors are nicely painted to give the unit an elegant look. If you’re particular about the appearance, you have three different colors to choose from. This gas grill comes in black, copper and green so that you can match it with your backyard’s theme.
Assembling
It is extremely important for me that an equipment be easy to assemble or else I might lose my mind and decide to throw the equipment instead. Well, the Weber Genesis E-320 is definitely easy to assemble and when you need further assistance, a customer service line and downloadable manuals are available on the Weber website. This product is pretty well worth the investment and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
